Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

  • Leading the central supply chain management organization that acts as center-of-excellence as well as holds a governance role for supply chain planning, inventory management and reporting closely cooperates with divisional companies
  • Coordination of divisional Sales and Operations Planning process as well as controlling and continuous improvement of local S&OP-processes with focus on finished goods
  • Divisional coordination of inventory management, inventory controlling and optimization projects
  • Work in close cooperation with mills and value-added-service regions for operational process as well as improvements
  • Strive for further digitalization of supply chain planning applying innovative concepts including agile planning, AI, state-of-the-art planning solutions in close cooperation with IT management and companies within the division
  • Run and improve divisional governance process for subprocesses like forecasting, demand planning, supply planning as well as replenishment and deployment of material
  • Run and improve central reporting and control tower including KPI definition, rollout, measuring and tracking of measures in case of deviation
  • Direct reporting to management board and close collaboration with top management stake holders in board, mills and value-added-services regions to improve divisional stock efficiency

Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 4.066,84 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.

  • niversity degree, preferably technical or business degree
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management functions with close ties to SAP and supply chain planning systems
  • Leadership experience in a multinational company group
  • Excellent communication skills, successful management of conflicting interests with multiple functions and ability to finding solutions for business requirements collaboratively
  • Reliability and diligence, as well as self-organized and service-oriented personality
  • Advanced level of German and English, other languages are beneficial
  • Flexibility to travel globally (up to 15%), possibility for home office up to 2 days a week
